Thank you for reaching out. Here are the instructions for updating your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:
From your main dashboard, select the Dropdown menu by hovering your mouse over your name
1. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
2. Edit details available:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Country
- State/Province
- City
- Preferred Language (English or French)
- Change Password
3. After you’ve added the updated details, click Update Profile.
4. You will receive an email from us to verify the changes.
NOTE: If you would like to change your e-mail address associated with your account, please e-mail us at support@enrichedacademy.com and we will complete that for you.
