Enriched Academy is designed to guide you through the most effective way to learn about money. When you complete watching a video, a quick quiz will pop up. As soon as you pass the quiz the next video will unlock. This helps ensure you learn the key concepts before you advance to a new video.
On the RARE occasion that you are stuck and cannot advance to the next video in a sequence you may simply have experienced a little glitch in your internet connectivity. You can simply log out and log back in and you should be all set.
Here are some more tips to help with fixing the issue:
1. Clear Cache and Cookies
Depending on your browser you should have a settings button with three dots or three lines.
Select More Tools or Settings
Select Cookies and site permissions
Select Manage and delete cookies
You should have the option to Clear Data, Clear Cookies, or Delete Browsing History
2. Select a different browser
Sometimes the version of your browser could be the issue. One solution would be to try and login using a different browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Explorer.
